Welcome to StatusPro – AI Status Maker ("StatusPro", "we", "us", or "our"). StatusPro is an AI-powered WhatsApp status generator Android application.

When You Sign In With Google:

• Your Google display name (used to personalize your experience)
• Your Google email address (used as your account identifier)
• Your Google profile picture URL (displayed in your profile)
• Your Google unique user ID (used to link your account securely)

Usage & Activity Data:

• Generated statuses – the AI-created content you generate (stored for history & saved features)
• App preferences – selected category and language
• Saved statuses – statuses you choose to bookmark
• Daily usage credits – to manage free and premium usage limits

Device & Technical Data (Automatically Collected):

• Device details – device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• IP address – used for security and spam prevention
• Session tokens – to keep you logged in securely

We do NOT collect: your WhatsApp messages, your contacts, your location, your camera or microphone access, or any sensitive personal information. We do not request permissions beyond what is necessary.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for these specific purposes:

• Account management – to create, authenticate, and maintain your account
• Core app functionality – to generate AI-powered WhatsApp statuses based on your selected category and language
• History & Saves – to let you revisit and manage your previously generated or saved statuses
• Subscription management – to activate and manage your Premium plan
• Security – to detect abuse, prevent spam, and protect user accounts
• Customer support – to respond to your queries or account issues

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate StatusPro:

• Google Authentication – for secure sign-in via Google OAuth.
• Google Gemini AI – to generate status content using your selected category and language. Only your preference inputs are sent — not your personal details.
• Payment Processors – Subscription purchases are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways. We never store your credit card or payment data directly on our servers.
• Hosting & Infrastructure – our secure cloud servers where your account data and history are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority — only to the extent legally necessary.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, and database access controls. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Account data – retained as long as your account is active
• Generated status history – automatically deleted after 10 days
• Saved statuses – retained until you manually delete them or delete your account
• Deleted account data – permanently erased within 30 days of account deletion request

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can access your profile to view your data.

How to Delete Your Account: Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the StatusPro app. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

StatusPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
